1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these terms and conditions are described below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document.

• "14bt" or "Platform" — refers to the 14bt.cam website and all services and activities operated under it.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who has created a registered account on 14bt and uses the platform's services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use the services on 14bt.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use 14bt's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing bets on this platform. 14bt may request proof of identity to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be operated per person, household, address, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If any of the information provided changes, you must notify 14bt immediately. Providing false or incomplete information will be considered a breach of these terms.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Refrain from sharing this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For withdrawal requests or security-related purposes, 14bt may request the following documents to confirm a member's identity:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport copy
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply for depositing and withdrawing funds on 14bt.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The deposit method must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

5.2 VIP Program

14bt's VIP membership is divided into three tiers and offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own terms — read them in full before accepting an offer.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per account.
• 14bt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus fraud is suspected.
• 14bt reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by 14bt

14bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide information.
• When it becomes necessary to suspend the service for legal or regulatory reasons.

11.2 Account Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email ([email protected]). Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

12 Responsible Gaming

14bt believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — and it should be enjoyed responsibly. We place the highest importance on the health and well-being of our members.
